I was lucky to be among the co-founders of the Hevelian company, so I had the opportunity to participate in the formation of the company's processes, mission and vision. From the very beginning, the strategy was to hire the best leads then give them the opportunity to recruit and train their own team. This made it possible not to sell juniors to senior positions, as is done in many companies, but to build up their own team expertise based on the experience and professionalism of existing experienced managers.

Hevelian is a small company with flexible processes, cool customers and a very friendly team. I really like the fact that the company understands what the design process is, designers are involved from the very beginning of product conceptualization, have access to stakeholders and domain experts, have enough time to delve into the topic to understand the problem, and explore various possible solutions.
